Hi Jen, Unfortunately, I do not have the source. In my present blog, Rose et Lis, I said that the Source was unknown. I had saved that picture for several years and no longer knew its origin. Wish I did! Thanks for stopping and please visit Rose et Lis. -Ann

I have a curved wall at my bar area. I want to paint it a water stained metallic /patina. I love your all aglow finish. I live in Wichita, KS. Would you be willing to give any pointers? I would be able to send you a picture of what it looks like now.

I LOVE your site!
I am 37 yr old paint contractor in Boston Ma and will be purchasing a 1840′s house soon. I love the old walls and limewashed walls on your site , just love them. Could you give me more inspiration if you have resources if you have them!
Any schools that teach just them?

Thank you so much for the information. I will correct my post.

I would love to see your painting photos of Mariano Fortuny Y Madrazo. I love his fabrics and paintings and it is difficult to find good information in the US. I wish I could visit Italia and see his work in person! I may be coming in October.

MARIANO FORTUNY Y MARSAL, father of Mariano Fortuny Y Madrazo.(1871 . 1949)
The signature ,without doubt, belong to Fortuny Y Marsal (1835 – 1874).
